루틴이 시작되지 않습니다

iOS에서는 앱이 스스로 화면을 가져가지 못합니다. 취침 30분 전에 오는 알림을 탭하면 시작됩니다. 알림이 오지 않는다면 설정 › 알림에서 SoftOff의 알림이 켜져 있는지 확인해 주세요. 손대지 않고 시작하시려면 '단축어' 앱에서 개인 자동화로 "Start wind-down"을 원하는 시각에 걸어두시면 됩니다.

다른 앱에서는 호박색 필터가 보이지 않습니다

의도된 동작입니다. iOS는 어떤 앱도 다른 앱 위에 무언가를 덧그리는 것을 허용하지 않습니다. 다만 낮아진 밝기는 앱을 나가도 그대로 유지됩니다.

화면이 검은데 돌아가지 않습니다

화면을 길게 누르시면 됩니다. 톡 치는 것으로는 풀리지 않습니다. 잠금 강도에 따라 0.6초, 5초, 15초입니다. 측면 버튼과 홈 제스처, 전화는 언제나 그대로 통과합니다.

구매를 복원하고 싶습니다

설정 › Pro에서 '구매 복원'을 눌러주세요. 같은 Apple 계정이라면 기기가 달라도 복원됩니다.

수면을 측정하나요?

아니요. 폰을 내려놓은 시각을 기록할 뿐입니다. 수면 추적이 아니라 취침 습관 기록이며, 건강 데이터를 읽거나 쓰지 않습니다.

데이터를 삭제하고 싶습니다

앱을 삭제하시면 기기에 저장된 모든 데이터가 함께 사라집니다. 계정도 서버도 없기 때문에 따로 요청하실 것이 없습니다.

Common questions

The routine does not start on its own

On iOS an app cannot take your screen unprompted. A notification arrives when the wind-down window opens — tap it and the routine begins. If nothing arrives, check Settings › Notifications › SoftOff. To start it hands-free, add a personal automation in Shortcuts running "Start wind-down" at your chosen time.

The amber filter does not appear in other apps

That is intended. iOS does not let any app draw over other apps. The lowered brightness, though, stays down after you leave SoftOff.

The screen is black and I cannot get back

Press and hold. A tap will not do it — depending on your lock strength it is 0.6, 5 or 15 seconds. The side button, the Home gesture and calls always pass straight through.

I need to restore a purchase

Settings › Pro › Restore Purchases. Any device on the same Apple Account will restore it.

Does it track sleep?

No. It records when you put the phone down. That is a bedtime habit record, not sleep tracking, and it neither reads nor writes health data.

I want my data deleted

Delete the app and everything stored on the device goes with it. There is no account and no server, so there is nothing to request.
